Returns

Our Return Policy and Process

Quickly and easily return your item(s) to 6716 Runningswood Drive Tampa, FL 33634.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Drip Rose Clothing E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

If you have any questions regarding this process please email us at teamroseflorida@gmail.com. Please provide your order number in the subject.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Shipping

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy or the Shipping chart above.

Drip Rose Clothing, is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it

If your package is still lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim.

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

Drip Rose Clothing does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Missing Item(s)

Did you receive an out of stock notification?

Some of the items in your order could have sold out, you would have an email from us with the subject line “Out of Stock Notice”.

Item(s) are damaged

If you have received faulty or damaged item(s), please ensure it is reported within 7 days of your package delivery date.

My order was cancelled

If you have recently placed an order and received a cancellation email regarding your order, we sincerely apologize. Order cancellations typically occur due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The item(s) sold out
  2. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. (Please keep in mind we do this to protect our customers!)

Should you receive an order cancellation email, you will receive a refund via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. This timeframe will be dependent upon your bank.

Wrong item(s)

You will need to report your incorrect item(s) received within 7 days of your package delivery date.

My order was returned to sender or refused

Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

  1. An address is invalid or there is missing information,
  2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
  3. The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

No promotional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied to purchase a Drip Rose gift card.

Can gift cards expire?
No, Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Can I get a refund or exchange for my gift card?
Gift Cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless required by law.

Can I apply a gift card to a past order?
If you forgot to apply your E-Gift Card to your online order, regrettably, we would not be able to apply the unused E-Gift Card to your order once it has been placed.

How can I purchase a physical gift card?
A gift card can be purchased in any denomination from $20.00 to $100.00 are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Gift Card and E-Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are not transferable between our retail locations and online stores.

Once your Gift Card or E-Gift Card once it has been purchased we are unable to change the value amount

How do I purchase a gift card ?

Email us at teamroseflorida@gmail.com on the amount you want to purchase for the recipient and we will send over an Invoice for amount and email the recipient on your behalf while CC'ing you.
